Although there was a delay to my order, the wait was worth it. Customer service was smooth, and I was notified immediately about the delay. Response time was quick as well, so I appreciate that whole-heartedly. Bought this as a gift to a friend of mine who loves Sailor Moon. The size fit her great as it gave her an oversized feel. Super soft and cozy! The prints were vibrant and a cute touch. She loved the designs on the sleeve. Super happy with my purchase and would recommend. :]
